In 1995, Richard E. Powell sold the
company to his son, Patrick E. Powell. With many years of experience
in the electrical industry, Pat embraces the values upon which his
father built the company. Immediately after taking over, Pat
invested in updating and expanding the company's computers,
accounting, estimating and safety systems, enabling R.E.P. to
maintain its position on the cutting edge of electrical technology.
